Note that you can always 'unlink' them if you change your mind or flights

Just a quick question guys as my flight is TONIGHT. Should I check in online now ? Or will this ruin my chances of my points upgrade request ? (ie - They might think I'm happy to check into row 60+ something and not consider my upgrade)
