Yep, I agree and don't trust those Filo call centres. I think they are wromg.

I called them to see if transit flights count as 2 flights (eg. SYD-BNE-TSV). I got a Philippines call centre and he confirmed that it would count as 1 flight which sucks as I am pretty sure this was 2 flights in the past. I don't trust those overseas call centres so I emailed Biz Flyer too but...
