Not making the suite available for Diamond upgrade is kind of contrary to the Hilton policy where the room is available.

Now we have it in writing. West Hotel Sydney DOES NOT give complimentary upgrade to a suite. So peeps don't bother with the Waratah rooms as there's no chance of an upgrade.
