Also sounds like you may have flown air Canada. Ironically generally the worst use for Aeroplan points.

"... we'll shortly announce a major investment to improve our Frequent Flyer program"

While we're all having a grip about what is or isn't wrong with QFF program, I'd like to have a bit of a whinge about the exorbitant carrier charges. Looking to fly LAX-LHR, happy to fly economy, but the US $200 carrier charges just make the whole thing a waste of time. Given a return ticket is...

NAB credit cards - Are they treated as separate offerings (like ANZ)?

I just applied and was approved via my NAB internet banking app. Those were the terms and conditions I saw. There is no reference to there being a 12 or 18 month exclusion period anywhere there, so I am expecting to get the points despite having a NAB qantas card closed around 12 months ago...

Alaska Mileage Plan - New award chart from March 2024

but BNE is over 10000 miles. Alaska is using the path flown (ie via Dubai/ Singapore/hong kong) and either way Bne comes out as more than 10000 miles, even to Rome.

Aeroplan (Air Canada) is now selling points

I’ve bought points once or twice before. Enough points for 2 business class tickets back from UK ( via Mauritius 😀). Never flown Air Canada. Maybe I was just lucky.

Aeroplan (Air Canada) is now selling points

I got 125%. Don’t really have a need for the points right now but it’s quite a good deal at that price.

Card Promotions 30K Bonus Velocity Points or 250 Status Credits or $200 Coles Voucher with New Credit Card

I've had no luck sadly. First I had a response telling me my email address listed was different to what was on file... fine. updated email address. then they keep asking for the documents that show I am entitled to the points.... but can't tell me what documents it is they want to see. 2 weeks...

Card Promotions 30K Bonus Velocity Points or 250 Status Credits or $200 Coles Voucher with New Credit Card

I also received the points (from Virgin money in my case) but not the status credits. I had to ring up and complain 5 times to get Virgin Money to manually credit the points, but the format is different and the system hasn't picked it up, and so the status credits haven't posted. Trying to...
