The thinking is that any PayAlls set prior to the October date will remain fee free, therefore you can set one to start in 2025 after your current one expires. Realistically given the changes with Citi and NAB, I personally don't think PayAll will last that long.

Looks like you can't set a start date more than 3 months in the future now.

I tried to sign up in March, and I got the same "not eligible" message. I called up and they couldn't process it at the time so they lodged a complaint for which was handled by the Maintenance team. Took a few weeks but eventually got approved and I now have a Diners card.

That's good info, thanks. I have Easipay direct debit active for the closing balance as well. I was trying to work out a date (new to PayAll) that I could safely set the $20k PayAll after the direct debit went through, as I wouldn't have enough if the PayAll went through without the closing...

Thanks! Trying to work out how much of a buffer to automate my PayAll and direct debit. I understand I'll lose some of the interest benefit of having the money in my account for less time, but for me, it's worth it for the reduced hassle.

Does anyone know if the statement due date is the same every month regardless of month length? +/- a day or two for weekends?

I also used it at MoVida at MEL. When ordering, I showed the card on my app which they scanned the QR code of and asked for our boarding passes. They entered the flight number into the terminal they have and took a photo of the boarding passes I think. Didn't have to show the CC.

Same here. 12 months before signing up for the same card. According to chat, it doesn't apply if you're signing up for a different card i.e. you currently have a Prestige and sign up for the Premier.

Our trip was a couple of weeks ago. In the app, both visits come up with the date processed as the next business day and the total cost as "0.00".

My partner and I utilised the credit at one of the eateries at Melbourne's terminal 2 before going to The Lounge within the same 1 hour period.

Arrived just after midnight on Wed 8/3. So two business days as has been quoted elsewhere I've seen.
