I think the issue here is policy is ambiguously worded. In my experience, this is usually intentional and it provides an avenue not to honour the policy (to compesate the insured person). In practice, this opens the possibility of you not being covered, should unfortunate circumstance occur...

No, my reading is you get $20 back 3 times if you spend $60+ (in one transaction). In other words, my understanding is this entitles you to 3 transactions of $60+, $20 off every time. I hope this helps.

It looks like they don't value our business anymore. With this sort of treatment and with benefits evaporating, I would not be surprised if a lot of people here start looking for other options where people like us would feel valued and respected.

As far as I can tell, there are two feedback channels: 1. Regular surveys they send (you can provide feedback that way); or 2. Ring them and complain. I am not sure which one of these two will work... However, I will get my popcorn ready...
