I think when you pay with card (you don's have it yet) the limit for pin is $200 or so these days. On the phone, you don't need a pin. They want you to activate your card first. If you activated, you are good to go. I think there are some numbers they want from you during activation process...

I think you need to capture a photo of the card and there are some numbers to enter on Apple Pay. I would be surprised if this were possible.

It could be a temporary glitch... I would try again tomorrow and see what happens. I would also suggest you disregard pricing from your RM for now until you confirm pricing on FHR website... In my experience FHR should give you preferential pricing tailored for Plat/Cent.

You may have to refer to website for benefits, I think... That seems to be their way these days.

In my recollection, you need to be at least 1 year on Platinum. You need to build some history up to a year. If you maintain this up to August 2024, I have no doubt you will qualify. Good luck! D
