Just checked again. If you do a search for 353 days out, then click back to 352 (not entirely sure why this step is needed), you can then click forward to browse the specific availability for the 7 days after day 353. It’s a bit clunky but it works.

As long as QF will let you link the pass to those flights, yes. Sometimes they close off access during peak travel periods due to high demand, so just keep an eye out for that - but if it lets you link, you're good to go.

I can't think of many better ways to spend a week than that. Using it as a base to get to other places as you suggest sounds like a great option.

Correct - no lounge access here. Only the domestic Club - you would need to re-enter international departure area to get to international business lounge, which would not be permitted without an onward intl flight. Yes.
