Sad news for Perth today, Etihad has announced the removal of the Perth route from 01 October 2018. As a Virgin Frequent Flyer really sad to see us lose another option out of Perth after losing the NZ partnership too.

Qantas files one-way Johannesburg – Perth schedule from Dec 2018 Hooray for more QF international flights from Perth! :) Looks as though Qantas will be boosting capacity to Johannesburg over the Christmas period this holiday season. Perhaps no Perth - Auckland this year? :(
