☕ What's your definition of "good" coffee?

What local shop has that - I should check with a boutique place near me. They might get them in.

The 811 are only 55% and I prefer darker.
In case you'd like to make Mr Bezos that little bit richer, you can order & get 'em delivered via Amazon (something I'm a bit embarrassed to say I do ... order from Amazon that is, I wouldn't ever be embarrassed about getting Cailly-butt chocolate).

Although now I think about it we've kinda passed the weather when that's safe to do, the sub-minimum-wage Amazon delivery person will probably store your package in their boot in full sun all day.

I generally prefer to buy coffee from places that don’t have distributors - that way you’re getting very fresh beans.

When I lived in Sydney it was Gypsy Coffee at Potts Point.

In Newcastle it was Crema Coffee Garage. Since I’ve moved to the Gold Coast I still go to Crema as they have a second location in Brisbane (Enoggera) but unfortunately they don’t roast here they are shipped from Newcastle. They’re never quite as fresh. Still good though.
