Thanks @N0mad. We have a few hotels we prefer to stay in Pattaya and generally they are available on a decent rate including breakfast for 2. The trick with these vouchers is to book a refundable rate (for us currently $9 above non-refundable rate) for a date in the future and then when your plans are known change to the dates you want.

Still waiting for Qantas/Jetstar to send me one of these vouchers for the numerous flights I book with them.
