If your phone has wifi calling, turn it on if you haven't already. If you are connected to the net via wifi not mobile data where you are when making the transfer, the Qantas sms will come through like you are in Oz. On an Android phone, you will see the phone icon with a wifi icon above it when wifi calling is available. For some reason if your domestic carrier is Optus, wifi calling when OS won't work. No problem with Telstra.
