Yes, it's been there for at least 2 weeks. I did it and wasn't tracked so I've made a retro claim. I cancelled pretty quick as when you watch on demand you have to watch a 45 second ad first, which if paying for a service it's not what you want.
There's nothing saying you need to convert to a paying customer.
I think there's an offer for 10,000 points if signing down to Foxtel ("proper')
 
All I can say is don't show that to the Politics crew at Twitter!

Saying that, Velocity and Foxtel (proper) seemed to had sign-up promos pop up every now and again.
