The 100k offer is back for the Qantas Amex Ultimate Card is back!

You get 100k bonus Qantas Points when you apply by 9 October 2019, are approved and spend $3,000 in the first 3 months. I will receive 40k Qantas Points if you're successful - and would be eternally grateful!

This card includes benefits like a very high Qantas Points earn rate on spend, a $450 Qantas Travel Credit each year which offsets the $450 annual fee, four airport lounge entries, travel insurance, and more.

Happy travels!

Great offer. Have been waiting for it to get back to 100k!

I've had this card since March this year, and I have found it to be fantastic. The majority of places I shop/eat accept Amex these days, and the bonus' you get from random deals are awesome. It's also an amazing card to use to pay for Qantas fees/fares - the bonus points and lack of card fees are great.

Once OP has used up all of their referrals I would be forever grateful to anyone who could use mine;

You'll receive the 100k Qantas points, and I'll receive 40k if you apply by October 9 2019

Income requirements: Minimum $65,000 pre-tax p/a

The annual fee is $450, which is offset by the $450 Qantas credit to use on Qantas flights purchased through Amex travel.
1.25 Points per dollar
2.25 Points per dollar on selected Qantas transactions (Flights, taxes
0.50 Points per dollar on government spend
Uncapped earn rate, which is fantastic when booking a holiday and spending wayyy too much money.

You also get 2 Qantas lounge invitations per year, complementary Qantas wine membership, and 2 entries to the Amex lounges in Sydney or Melbourne.

The insurances included with this card are quite good, but make sure you read the full terms and conditions before deciding whether or not it provides appropriate cover for your needs.

Adding my referral link here too if anyone wants to use it! :)

Amazing card which you get amazing value out of! My go-to card after having upgraded from the Discovery at the beginning of the year.

Also throwing my link into the mix if anybody would like to sign up for this offer =)

I've now received this card after applying via a referral link, and so am glad to add my referral link in for your consideration. I'll be very glad if anyone will bestow a 40k bonus upon me by clicking here.

If you apply by October 9, are approved, and haven't held an amex-issued amex in the last 18 months, you receive a whopping 100,000 points. In exchange for the $450 annual fee, you receive a $450 travel credit to spend on QF-coded flights, 2 lounge passes after QF spend, access to amex cashback offers, and more. (with Shop Small around the corner it's a good time to grab an Amex if you've been holding off for a good offer).

Some things to consider when applying for this card:
  • Amex conducts a credit check after you finish page one of the application form - not after completing the whole form. So only start entering detail into the form if you intend to finish it!
  • You can activate the two free Qantas Lounge passes, which are delivered to you digitally, with any spend over $1 with the 'Qantas Air Australia' merchant. Here is one very affordable way to do it that worked for me recently.
  • Flights commencing overseas, shopping at the Qantas mall, Qantas Hotels, Rental Cars etc do not activate the lounge passes.
  • The minimum credit limit is $3k - keep your application low if you're only in it for the bonus points and want to reduce the impact on your credit score!
Again, would be greatly appreciative of anyone who uses my link! Would be glad to answer any questions about this card if I can assist.

Edit: one more pro tip: unless you absolutely must - hold off on applying for supplementary cardholders at first. Amex often send out offers to give you a bonus 5k points for adding them - so if you're a little patient you may be rewarded!

Used a referral link from here about 10 days ago. Hoping that someone else will return the favour.

Still time to get on board for this excellent card under the current 100,000 point offer which ends on October 9.

Thanks for considering.

If I could add one tip I picked up from ozbargain (Receive 5,000 Bonus Points When Adding Additional Card Holder to AmEx Account (Select Cards)). AMEX run 5000 point promos for additional/supplementary cards frequently. Make sure you sign up for your additional points. Already have the full 4 x free supplementary/additional cards? Then cancel one of those cards and sign up again a few days latter for the same card in the same name. 5,000 points now coming your way :)

I want one but need to do joint application to qualify, doesn't seem avaiable online.

Last day to use the current offer! Apply using a link in this forum to help out a fellow AFF'er rather than the alternatives via affiliate websites. :)
