This is a peculiar little oversight in the reservation system design at AA: trimming 100 years off from a person's age, leading them to be classified l shown as a baby in the system. Perhaps it's the same also with some other airlines.
Given the gradually increasing average life expectancy and active life many are pursuing, there will be more similar cases until the systems can keep up.
