In a nice coincidence I was watching a video review of Vistara this evening - rated very highly by the way. And lo and behold they served freshly popped popcorn in J.

Popcorn in J? Popcorn is what the poors eat... I'm not paying J money for corn!

AA offer pre-packaged popcorn in J as one of the included snack choices. And on flights out of ORD half the plane has a bag of Garrets.

I should have got the popcorn out before reading some of the responses. 🤣

Here's a couple of photos I took flying QF Y on the SYD-LAX A380 early March 2023. It clearly hasn't been deep cleaned since it got the red roo painted on the tail. All that time parked in the desert they could have sent someone with a Dyson and a crevice tool.

Popcorn making a mess doesn't seem like a thing they would be overly concerned about.

I flew Y+ on the return and it was no cleaner on the upper deck (and barely any extra leg room to boot).

EDIT: Corrected LAS to LAX.

I would be sending that to the appropriate person in QF to enlighten them as well as us...

There was an A380 that went to LAS? Why wasn't I invited?

I assume you mean LAX?

mmmm, popcorn... use to be part of the pantry on Virgin prior to receivership! (see my pics in the Virgin meal thread below)
