Every time I try to book tickets to see a film with Village Cinema Gold Class and pay by credit card there is an error message so it takes multiple attempts over the day on different devices. It gets worse in that the next time you try the seats you chose are not available - six attempts to see Black Bag today - finally successful and booked ‘last three’ - although one was a carer seat and only the disabled seat left free.
Of course every ‘occupied’ seat was my prior failed attempts to book!!!
Luckily when we did go today we had a private cinema as no one else there (not sure if this was due to the above)
Everytime I raise it they say ‘yep its hopeless’ ‘ring customer service’ or turn up and book. No thanks what if I get there and no seats
