10K Bonus with AMX FX Transfers

I got a card in the mail yesterday regarding this offer...

Called Amex and asked that they passed on some feedback to Marketing about how poor their segmentation for this offer was...
1. I'm already signed up to the service, so ineligible for the 10,000 points offer that the card was screaming at me about
2. The fees and points earned for transfers was wrong - I have a Plat Charge Card so no fee and I think 1 point per $20 and no fee. The card said $10 fee and 1 point per $25

However others here might be interested in taking up this offer again - there is a promo code you need to use when signing up in order to get the points.

For those wanting to MAKE SURE YOU GET THE POINTS use the code that is on the card...

Given that this offer is live again, did anyone get an additional 10,000 points for signing up a supplementary card holder for the offer?

How did you find it's available again?
