Yep, I received two calls about this today also. The first was a generic call to acknowledge there was an issue and to say my link had changed if I wasn't already aware (if anyone would like to use my referral link, please PM me.)

The second was from someone onshore to thank me for helping them fix the issue to give me 20k 'good will' points. Pretty happy with Qantas' service recovery on this.

I spoke to them on the phone at least 10 times and sent them multiple detailed emails with screenshots over a couple of weeks .. they got their 20k worth out of me, don't worry!

Seems like Qantas processed a bunch of points today for both referrers and referees to this promo.

Got my 10k bonus points (Thanks for the referal link sudoer), however interestingly the bonus points did not count towards my Points Club tally.

That's very odd! The bonus seems to have counted towards mrs sudoer's Points Club tally as the referee, as well as my own as the referrer. Maybe give it a day in case Points Club calculations lag and if no change, flick QFF an email.

If you had any referrals who hit the first spend requirement after 12 Jan (when we first received the bonuses) Qantas seemed to do a second sweep on the 18 Jan.

The cut off for new referrals was about a month ago, the link needed to be activated by 17 December. The promotion was showing in Qantas Card Companion.

That would make sense, the FAQ (linked in the first post) states "You must hold a Qantas Points earning Westpac Altitude Credit Card and be specifically targeted to be eligible for the 'Refer a Friend' offer"
