Melbourne Airport value parking

Hi all, I’m looking to park over the upcoming Easter/ANZAC Day period and the Value Express option ($11 per day) is coming up cheaper than the Value option ($12 per day). Does anyone know if the “$24 one off upgrade fee” will be charged when dropping off the car or is it already factored in when making the booking?
It definitely is. Apparently I think the website has some glitches and the Value Express option only shows up sporadically depending on your entry/exit date and time. It will disappear if you play around and move the time a little bit.

Also on certain dates it is $1 cheaper/day, and on other days it is $1 cheaper/trip, very funny.

And remember an airport is just a shopping centre with planes..............
But im ok with that with some airports like jewel. Its got stuff that are normal, fun and even unique stuff rather than just a bunch of fancy high end label stuff.
