Air Canada quietly made a change to its Economy fare categories and inclusions on all flights to Asia-Pacific this week, including between Australia/New Zealand and North America.
You now need to pay CAD75 more per direction to check in a bag on the cheapest Economy fares. Air Canada is the only airline not to automatically include a checked bag in this market, other than Jetstar on its Hawaii services.
