UK AMEX 2 for 1 voucher

Anyone have any suggestions for the BA 2 for 1 voucher?
(For those unaware, this is a much discussed reward for spending certain amount on a UK BA AMEX card, and as such very much a niche topic for an Australian audience) We managed to rack one up on my partner's UK amex while spending some time in UK last year.

The basic problem is that although you can get a half price (Avios) return trip on BA with the voucher, it's still worse value than using your same Avios and flying Qatar for a better product, from most Aus capitals (instead of just Sydney) to most major airports in Europe instead of LHR (or onwards with additional connections and Avios cost)

We’re Aussie based atm

I’ve just used my last one for Club World AMS/MAN

We used the first for LHR/LIS

I’ve had four over the years but allowed two to lapse due to the unavailability of seats and our unwillingness to travel Y or PE.

With the 50% increase in GBP spend it’s unlikely that we’ll accrue another anytime soon which makes the card a bit of a dead weight. Can’t change it from here and don’t want to relinquish it in case we don’t go home.
