SWMBO got a sms at 2200 tonight saying tomorrow’s flights (starting at 0700) had changed further details to follow. Went into MMB but nothing there. Rang 131131 and got a message regarding the hours as in the header but press 1 for imminent travel. All sorted but when I logged into my account got the verification text which advises if you didnt try to log in to call - you guessed it 131131. I know in the past at odd hours you were not really getting a QFF person but at least they answered as Qantas premium. Also feel sorry for the sandgropers who now can only realistically contact up to 1600 when DST kicks in.

I've called at odd hours before, such as afternoon in London (after midnight AEST) using the international number (+612...). Haven't heard that before (except for the FF service center which I know is hour based).

13 11 31 option 2 is the frequent flyer service centre - not reservations.
Option 1 just routes back to reservations - 13 13 13

Sounded like manila last night at 8pm WST
