15-20% bonus points when transferring to Velocity in May-June 2024

Hi everyone, have a couple of questions -

1) has there been an instance in the recent time where the Citi rewards bonus points transfer to Velocity has been better than 15%?

2) If I turn on auto transfer for St George for the bonus 20%, do I need to receive the bonus points by June and have it transferred to Velocity for the extra 20%? Or is the 20% only applicable for a short period?

Transfer in all three months Nov + Dec 23 + Jan 24 and you got 20% bonus, the 20% bonus landed in my Velocity account on 2 Feb 2024.

So I’m in an interesting scenario.

I opened an ANZ Rewards Black on May 17th without knowing this promo was running, just coincidental. I’ve met the spend criteria already and have had the bonus 180K rewards points come through yesterday.

I setup ANZ Rewards auto-transfer when I saw this promo approx. 1 week ago (before the bonus points landed). This means ithe points should transfer the points on June 25th. However, I’m impatient and want to close/churn this card ASAP.

Reading the T&Cs, I don’t see any issue in me cancelling the current auto-transfer for June 25th, and starting it again commencing from tomorrow, May 31st.

As its not a manual transfer, there is no requirement to transfer points in both May & June to be eligible? Anyone else whose read the T&Cs agree with this login?

Something about US time...the earliest I would TF is the 2nd of month to be on safe side...however, I will wait til closer to the end of this month when I have acccumulated more Amex pts to TF.

I can’t see any requirement that auto transfer must be left on for the credit card auto transfer 20% bonus and flybuy 15% bonus. I expect no issue with switching back to manual transfer now that my points have transferred. Anyone understand anything different?

I didn't get that email. Some I'm transferring manually (Citi) and some auto (anz).
Perhaps I missed an "activate" requirement, was there one?

Because they can? I think the reason they put a date so far out is there seem to be problems capturing some transactions, last time some people got their bonus much earlier, some went to the wire (or slightly over?), no idea why but they clearly had some issues identifying all qualifying transactions. So they put a long dated date to ensure they have time to cover all.
