Rallo

No I didn't. Already have two 2014 trips already booked.

The transfer would have been on a maybe, or for 2015.

I hope you get the bonus points.

Somewhere in the fine print, it says that the bonus points will be credited a few weeks later.

bonus points came thru. transferred 320,000 Altitude Black - 160,000 Enrich - and got 15% 24,000 bonus points.

Giddee Up! now just have to wait the 10 days to do the bookings. a shame it's too early to pin down a Europe jaunt yet, so KL for the girls trip to F1 will have to do

So, it could take 2 weeks before the bonus comes through and it looks like it's 15%.

I did my transfer back on the 12th, but still haven't seen the points (let alone the bonus points) hit the MH account :(

However, I just called Altitude and there is a known issue with transfers to MH. They're not sure what it is, or when it will be resolved - but they are trying to resolve it

I don't know what the known issue is?

I transferred Enrich points 3 times during the time, including on the 14th. The first time it took 3 business days, the second and third time they were in there the same day as conducting the transfer on the Altitude Rewards website.

All seemed to work ok for me.... sorry to hear of your problems.

My 15% bonus came through today, 9 days after the initial transfer.

When did you do the transfer? I did mine on the morning of the 12th and it went through after 24 hours. Even my bonus came through today. My partner's was done in the evening of the 12th and it still hasn't come through!

at 9pm on the 12th...

Almost the same time then.

hmmm....I also transferred 340k points on the 12th....and they are as yet to hit my enrich account. :(

Have rung Westpac Altitude twice in the last 4 days, and each time they said they would look into it and get back to me. No mention of any known problem and I'm still waiting to hear back. Very strange indeed. :(

Same here. Partner's points came through and dated 12/11/13. Bonus points should be credited within 2 weeks. Happy days!
