2000 Bonus points for adding supplementary card holders

I did not see any T&C's regarding this, so is there a minimum spend/transaction? and what is the time frame for the 2K points to post? Anyone with any updates with their situation?

Applied for and received the supp back in March.
Bonus points never posted.
Spoke to Plat Services last week explaining situation,
bonus points were posted the next day.

My application post was 14/4/10 and it took a bit over 3 months for those bonus points to arrive (20/7 to be precise). Finally but very sloooooooooooooooooooow.
