The supp card form had a place for Drivers License number. Supplied that for one, another had no license, so supplied a govt issued Seniors card number.

Some form of proof of the person existing seems reasonable, especially with the number of people (especially round here) who might be tempted to sign up their cat for a supp card for some bonus points. (How many pets have W'wths EDR cards?)

I understand ID is required, however I have supplied drivers license number and AEC information. And they still want me to go to JP and get it done. My work hourse aren't exactly short!

What's the bet that if she just applied for her own card there would be no hassles!
