I've now got this as well. Materials must be on the way.

Cheers

Theres a new look card? I didn't hear anything about this...

Yep, received my NEW 2011 card about three weeks ago.

They have a nice picture on them.

Since CtC, I have now re-"earned" Platinum for 2012, so I guess a new one will come out at an appropriate time.

I wouldn't mind new luggage tags. I've finally lost mine as they have been bent, torn, stretched, cut and now ripped of the plastic rope.

I asked once before (12mths ago) and was resent a new card.... Not what I was after.

Cheers.

Got the new look card for 2011 about the same time, and also re-qualified for 2012

The 2012 card, received today, is a return to the older bi colour card :?:

Prior to Oz Fest I went through and registered for every appropriate PC promo I could find.

For Oz Fest we stayed 8 nights at Holiday Inns.
3 paid,
3 points and
2 free with BOGOs.

For the 3 points nights we spent 35,000 points and
for the three paid nights we managed to acquire 27,569 PC points. :D :D

Pretty good earn/burn ratio! Makes up for the lack of elite status benefits that some other programs offer (lounge access, breakfast, upgrades etc). But the earn/burn ratio make its a pretty attractive program.

Had Straitman decided to stay on at the same hotel the points earned in the stay could have allowed an extension of 5 days to the stay, love pointsbreaks.

Re: Q3 stay x earn bonus points.

Bugger, staying 6 nights in DFW in September :( I can't believe I've never seen these threads before, I always stay in Holiday Inns in the US, and have only ever accrued the base points.

Now comes the question. I have an existing booking that meets the timeframe for this offer. If I register now, will I get the bonus points, or do I need to make the booking after registering for the promo?

Does not matter when you made the booking, so long as you do the registration before the stay check out.

Thanks Mark, a whole new world of points accruing is layed out in front of me now :)

Only code I could get to work was: 8853 - receive 1500 points for a stay within 90 days
