Re: 2015 DYKWIA In-N-Out Run

Mal if you spend more than $3.71 you will have bought something for a second person. We have an outlet up the street at Lincoln and Washington pretty much next to a Costco store. I will go as an advance party later this month.
This one is just a little further north of LAX so you miss the planes going very low overhead compared with Lincoln/Sepulveda one.
Leave room for a Ruth's Chris steak and a beer or two at the Yard House then back to LAX for the return home.

Re: 2015 DYKWIA In-N-Out Run

So in all honesty right now it's not the date that concerns me it's more about ponying up $1300ish for an (awesome) burger and fries. I've no other reason to be in LOTFAP over the proposed weekends and cant see a way to justify the cost. I'm not counting myself out, I'm actually quite excited to hear about a date being set as then I'll try and find a seat at a more reasonable cost.

I'd probably look at QF17 over and either 12/18 coming back to allow for some proper FLounging on the the outbound.

Re: 2015 DYKWIA In-N-Out Run

Well snabbu if you go and book Ruth's Chris for a steak as well as the burger at In N Out couldn't you divide the $1300 cost by two making it $650?? Did that idea fly (so to speak)?

Re: 2015 DYKWIA In-N-Out Run

In-N-Out is interested in participating. Their marketing department wants to have a call with DFCatch to review the event.

DF, I will talk to you next week when I am back in the country.

Cheers
BF

Hang on! That kind of reply, which closely resembles normality, is not in the same vein as this whole thread! ;)

I've an idea......why not approach Emirates and have them fly that spare A380 (does the NZ hop) around the South Pole and serve the Hit-N-Run roadkill in F..........then, even I might be interested ! That's what I call the ultimate in FFer eccentricity......market it worldwide for 2016 and it'd be an absolute sellout! I think I might patent the design before it's stolen.

Re: 2015 DYKWIA In-N-Out Run

Haha.

I'm currently chomping away on my minute steak and panna cotta, washed down with a pineapple mojito.

Upon my awakening from the upcoming Skybed Gods....I shall get onto providing an update in the next few days.

Starting to cut it a bit fine now .......

Re: 2015 DYKWIA In-N-Out Run

I do apologize to our esteemed FF folks.

It's been a crazy couple of months - and nothing has been organized for this year.

That said - I am currently in the States busy planning an event in SFO on Memorial Day weekend, and pretty much based in LA, so if any peeps are coming through and want to have an In-N-Out AFF meetup - just holla and we'll see what we can do.

For the record - I've been here for 3 weeks and haven't had any yet :)
