i'm here right now. came a couple of days early for shopping and pool time. supposed to be with daughter and her boyfriend. her passport was short by 20 days of the 6 month expiry date, so i've come by myself for the moment ( i do have a few other friends here too though), whilst her J points redemption seat was cancelled, and she's stayed in sydney trying to get a new passport for friday, and if successful, they'll fly in Friday.Good chance. Never much overtaking in Singapore.
Who's there and who is going to KL.
I'm off to KL but only making the Fri and Sun, with a detour to HK in between.
The Australian Grand Prix will be the only Formula 1 event broadcast live on free-to-air television in Australia under a new agreement beginning with immediate effect.
Pay television network Foxtel has confirmed that it will continue to televise every F1 practice, qualifying and race ad-break free next year and will show the remaining six races of the current F1 season exclusively live.
Network 10 had originally been scheduled to broadcast three of those races, that being this weekend’s Malaysian Grand Prix, the Mexican Grand Prix and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix season finale.
The arrangement was part of a deal, signed in 2015, to air 10 of the season’s 21 races live on the station.
Channel 10 has given up its rights for F1 on FTA except for the Melbourne GP.
