I have found the '12' rule applies on Coles deliveries. (I bought one of the $300 vouchers for Woolworths too- but even if a '12' rule applies there, it won't be hard to spend).

So I got the 'qantas points' email today, so confirmed that I will get ebay qf points for the woolworths purchase :)

It's not as if WOW will allow you to buy 300 toilet rolls, I've tried it, but they have a limit of 12. So, maybe also need a few kgs of smoked salmon for the freezer.

In a points 'enhancement ' exercise I purchased up to 30 per item with no problem (items were on special at 40% off as well). No issue with quantity, BIG issue getting points though. Nothing like outsourcing your EDR customer calls to ruin the experience. Followed up lack of points late last year from Sept purchase, nothing done although call recorded and issue noted on their system. Rang again a few weeks back - waiting waiting.

Yes, as kcoulson pointed out, I made a mistake in that it is Coles that limits to 12 of the same item.

There are sometimes limits on Woolworths online but it changes from store to store and from product to product.

When I was doing the last $50 order to get 5000 points I wanted to order 12 six packs of Chocolate flavoured Up and Go 250ml. We only use one variety of this product. The limit was 6 for this item (online only) and I couldn't get the call centre staff to override this for me. The product was already at half price special so I think this had something to do with it anyway. I ended up ordering a couple of cartons of soft drink to get the total to just over $50. I think the price per soft drink can ended up less than 20cents per can once all the discounts had been factored in.

My voucher was due on 29 September but hasn't yet arrived. Are the vouchers sent by post? How long do they take to arrive? I've lodged a non-delivery report with ebay.

I was assuming by email. Haven't received yet either.

Mine came in 3 business days and used it online today no problems.

I noticed that the estimated delivery on the original ad - says Oct 1 to Oct 6. Large quantity of vouchers to go out. (it is also possible that I deleted any email that came called '[email protected]' - thinking it was a catalogue)

OUCH!

Wait a day or two and then call up their help line if you do indeed have a tail of woe.

2 of the 3 vouchers that I bought just arrived via email. (I wasn't worried). They sold a lot of vouchers - logistically it will take a while.

Woolworths say they are experiencing technical difficulties in sending out the promotion codes, but hope to be able to do this next week.
