Might I suggest the following plan of action:

1/ Penegal pick a place of fancy for dinner/drinks around the 7pm mark.

Perhaps Southbank or CBD (I can't remember all the places we've done before).

MEL based folks not on JQ35 could just join us direct.

2/ Those staying at HSW, we could start with Exec lounge drinks to pass the time before wandering up.

I'm sure we would have a couple of guest spots for those on JQ35 to join us at Lounge drinks whilst waiting to wander to dinner.


Worst-case scenario if we have way too many wanting to crash HSW is we just start the drinks crawl in the direction of penegal

We are staying at batman on collins - thought i'd give something other than the Hyatt a try so went the cheapest. We have had a busy few weekends so might just want to relax in the hotel but it really depends on how tired we are on the day I guess.

Here is the plan at this point in time......

JQ35'ers

Cab or similar to HSW and meet in the HSW Exec Lounge around 6.

I believe there are a few of us staying there - so we may have enough guest spots for any extras......
(if not - we will simply adjourn to another beverage-supplying location).

Head off to Penegal's Secret Dinner Location around 7pm.

Any MEL AFF'ers who wish to join are of course invited and can either rendezvous at HSW @ 6pm or at dinner directly.


That's my plan anyway - and if it doesn't work for you - bad luck DYKWIA
