28 degree adds lounges ["LoungeKey" if 2 Hour delay]

Has anyone tried to use the Latitude Flight Delay Pass feature recently? I plug my card number in and it tells to poke off. Well, specifically “Please check that you have entered an eligible Mastercard card number.”. Which I have (multiple times).

I‘m wondering if this has been quietly “enhanced”?

I last used it about 6 weeks ago.

Wow I never knew about this benefit!
Not something I need very often (with OW lounge access), but I have some LCC flights in Europe coming up this year and it doesn’t hurt to register in case of delays etc (although, I’d prefer to fly on time!).

There‘s actually a seperate thread that I’d forgotten about (I thought the contents were on this thread).

The registration page seems to be broken. Errors out when I (and others have just discovered) enter our CC numbers…

Does anyone know if this has been ”enhanced” by Latitude and/or MC?
Might be a Mastercard issue, same problem when trying to register at https://flightdelaypass.mastercard.com/

I sent an email in the other day. The sound of crickets so far…

FYI:

We do apologize that you are not able register at the moment.

Currently we are experiencing a technical issue and hence the reason we sending from a different email as well, the error has been investigated and it sits with MasterCard to fix. Unfortunately we are unable to manually register any flights until this error has been rectified..

If you are travelling anytime in July, please try registering closer to the departure time.

However, If the flights are in the next week or so we encourage you to try registering a final time before the registration deadline but if error still occurs, please reach out to us should you experience a delay.

Once again we do apologize for any inconveniences caused.

If you require any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.

Kind regards,

Well, at least it hasn’t been enhanced away.

Meanwhile, I wonder what I did wrong to not get a response?

Good that it's fixed, bad that my flight is less than 24 hours and won't let me register.
Called Mastercard and they can't manually register but they've made a note on the file and if we get delayed 120 mins in the morning, we can call and they will send vouchers
