At 08:45 we were advised 09:35 flt VIE-ZRH was cancelled due to probs in ZRH meant ZERO chance of connecting ZRH-CFU - so down to service desk to be met by sea of other pax same probs - wait in line 1hr 10mins and finally number called - there is direct flt VIE-CFU dep 12:35 - HTF I never saw this flt when booking original flts beyond me - then advised this flt oversold - maybe can confirm 1 Y seat and WL 1 Y seat - original paid for J - other alt is spend another night in VIE - aint life or death what will be will be.

Advised to approach gate staff 40mins pre dep time to check status - which we did - lovely lady on desk there - quick chat and explain circumstances - pics tell the story 👍
