Jut popped up on OzBargain so register quickly if your keen.

Get $30 credit when you spend $100 on duty free online.
Let your duty free shopping take flight before you do, with a $30 credit from SYD Airport Tax and Duty Free or F1RST Tax and Duty Free online stores.
Spend $100 or more online at either site and you‘ll receive a $30 credit back on your Card. You can select duty free goodies such as luxury perfumes, the latest gadgets and more from the convenience of your home. It‘s your hassle free way to buy duty free, when travelling overseas.
Once you make your purchase you can pick up your goods before you fly. Or keep it as something to savour on your return - simply collect your goods at the ‘Shop and Collect’ counter (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane airports only).
But be quick. This offer‘s limited to the first 4,000 Cards to register, with one $30 credit per registered Card. Offer is available from 1 October 2013 until 31 March 2014.

is this one only eligible on online store purchase and 'click and collect' purchase?

Hmm not sure the $30 is worth the price premium for Australian duty free!

I had a purchase of alcohol earlier in the year that was cheaper by 10% than Singapore, I would not dismiss them.

Cointreau - AU$36, about 27 in SIN.
Absolute vodka - AU$28, about 17 in SIN.

If I buy 2 bottles of each (2 people traveling together) then it's $88 in SIN. If I buy with the voucher it's $98 in Oz.

Mind you, might be worth it to not cart bottles around.

Point being you need to check, they can be cheaper, I got two bottles of JW XR21 for $160 on arrival, its $240 SGD at changi.
Nothing beats Langkawi though!
