30% off Velocity redemption - including business class

Damn. I didn't see the 10.00 today expiry this morning. I was booking at 9.30am and got distracted and went to complete the booking and prices back to normal. Bugger.

Oh blast I missed that detail too. How very annoying.

Yep this caught my mum out today too. I happened to book last night but she needed to double check in the morning and we just assumed it would end at the end of the day. Oh well

Remember this? Virgin originally posted the sale without putting that the 30% off points was for "Virgin Operated only" flights. The original ad didn't say anything about "Virgin only". I made a booking Brisbane-London on Singapore Airlines for 2 and made a complaint I was entitled to 30% off under the original ad as it was when I booked. I politely complained and I'm pleased to say they have honoured the 30% off which is a saving of 83,400 points!!!! May I say Velocity were very, very good about this and I am very thankful for there fabulous customer service!!!!! Great service Velocity!!!
