So basically this is a 1½ x SC offer for selected flights between the East and West coast of Australia.
Have flown on Many A330 flights Mel Per return and NEVER got a sky bed in business are they enhancing all A330 to have Skybed .... I think not
I know this has been discussed in many threads at the moment and if you have happened to be one of the fortunate few who have received one of the offers of late, well done. But surely this has to be doing more harm than good (in the long run) by not offering these kinds of offers to all who choose to fly with Qantas. Being one of your fliers at the moment who has been flying with you exclusively over the last 4 years, not receiving any offer makes me feel similar to that of the situations with private health insurers or banks who offer great deals if you sign up to them, but offer there loyal customers of years nothing. Not quite the same, I know, but my point is that if you have a customer base that wants to stay with you for whatever reason, why risk alienating them with offers they can't access.Hi All,
The only advice I can offer to give yourself the best chance of being selected for these offers is to make sure you are registered to receive emails from QFF.

Like everyone else, I will continue to keep my fingers crossed over the next month and a half to be one of the lucky few who are selected.
You have not flown the right flights. There have been regular flights over the last few years on the 330-300.
As I have said on another thread, you have more chance of getting a Skybed on the 330-200 going between SYD and PER. If you want a Skybed between PER and MEL, look at QF772/773

Are you saying that there is an A332 with Skybeds? I thought they all had the standard recliner and it was the A333 and B744 that had skybed.

Ahhh only took me 12!!Only took me 16 years to get a SC offer:!:
The 4 older A332s have Skybeds - VH-EBG VH-EBH VH-EBI VH-EBL. These planes only have 199 economy seats to make room for the Sky beds in business. They mainly do international routes. But do show up on domestic flights to/from Perth occasionally.
Yes there are 4.
If you are to get them domestically - you will get them between PER and SYD.
I have seen a few QF71/72/77/78 rotations booked in as 330-200's, so there may be domestic legs to position them before they head off between PER and SIN.
And I wouldn't call the recliners on the 330-200 standard as there can be up to 3 different types!
Intredasting!
I've never had skybeds on an A332, I'm flying on QF 583 SYD-PER in December and my mum/auntie is flying PER-SYD on QF580 (also in Dec), so lets see how we go.
My return flight is nice though, got changed from the A333 to a B744. Love flying domestically on a B744.
