6% cashback with cash rewards

Yes that is correct. Cashback sites don't usually pay if you use a coupon/discount code that isn't listed on their sites.

I only have a free account.

Great thanks! Presumably, I could omit their promo code altogether and use the Gov't/AAA Hilton rate, but still gain the cash back provided I linked through from Quidco?

The terms say Hilton will not reward on any bookings that have a travel agency IATA reference, corporate account code or HHonors redemption code in the booking.

Not sure if those rates are considered corporate account code. I never use.

Yes, I saw that reference and I don't believe they're any of those, but I guess I'll try them and see. I'm chafing at the bit now to give it a try. My next stay is in about a week but the redirected Quidco page is being blocked by my internet provider (who also happens to be my employer ).......how annoying, I might have to miss that stay and try it on the next, which is about 3 weeks away.

cashback could be tracked but then declined later. Will take a while to know :D If you can't do quidco, try cashrewards.com.au as well. a bit lower but they are Australian.

Bugger. Cash rewards is blocked as well. We have bandwidth issues on the satellite and lots of sites are blocked. :(

Hilton and Cash Back Sites

Quidco are currently advertising 18.5% cash back and 35% off on Hilton Winter Sale.

Can someone advise me if that means we have to book a winter sale rate to get the cashback, or is the winter sale just to get the 35% off?

Was there a link in that email? I am also keen to book some accom here - it expires in a week I think too

Wowe.... I didn't know about Quidco - I'm such a smuck. Even Qantas has 2% cash back on quidco... Sigh.

....

Cashback on SQ QR and EK too I see

Topcashback.co.uk also worth a check (though less than quidco for Hilton). They have 4.2% CX too but only for ex-UK bookings :(

A couple of years ago, they didn't let me use paypal unless I added UK bank. Not sure if they changed now.. They did 18-19.95% on hilton winter sale last week. Guess quidco is trying to be competitive. Also more sites require UK bank as well (expedia.co.uk, hotels.com etc). Just tried Hilton there. Tracked fine. I might convert to BA points or something.

Re: Hilton and Cash Back Sites

Hilton south east Asia currently (next 4 days) has a 12% offer. I'm never sure if Australia classes as South East Asia in Hilton talk??

Re: Hilton and Cash Back Sites

Not sure about the above but all my 18% claims from Hilton during the winter sale came through on quidco - pretty great service tbh - very happy

I read about it on FT and it's been at least a week now. Looks like it might be permanent. :(

Hilton gone from all cashback sites

No loss. I've booked Hilton cash back rates a number of times and not one has paid up. I met all the advertised conditions yet declined on one of them and totally ignored on the others. Waste of time in my opinion.

I'm the opposite, I've got so much money back even with the flash sale and the extra 10-12% off was always credited and deposited in my account within 6 weeks. This is basically increasing my hilton rate by as much. Will be missed

I'm wondering if it's because mine are predominantly gov't or US Para rates.
