There is a note down the bottom "Based on ex-Melbourne to Frankfurt/Munich & LA with transits in Bangkok and Auckland. Additional routes are permitted and will attract higher taxes for extra sectors and stops depending on airlines used."

So it is definitely a good fare, and is available year round in the $6500-7500 range but the actual cost will depending on the departure date and the cities you visit. Finnair also has a similar fare for those who like Oneworld.

These fares allow you to select from a limited variety of destinations, under certain carriers only, but offer great value. They aren't anything near an xONEx but generally get you from AU to Asia to EU to USA to AU. From my limited experience, South Aemrica and Africa (southern areas) are rarely included at that price.
