Travelling to Jakarta Via Singapore arriving on QF37 with a connection at 7.30 am on Jetstar to Jakarta and travelling with HLO only. Id it possible to stay Airside with various lounge access? Or is it best to book a local hotel.

Look forward to hearing people's experiences and advise.

I don't think any of the Qantas lounges are open overnight.

I would not bother with hotel and stay airside with that sort of transit.

There are a couple of “Transit” hotels that are airside bookable in 6 hour blocks - Aerotel and Ambassador Transit hotels in T2 and T3. Also plenty of Priority Pass lounges open 24 hours, one of which Ambassador Transit Lounge maybe, has bookable nap rooms (i.e. no ensuite but a door and bed).

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I had an overnight transit at SIN years ago, before T4 was opened. Connecting to the then morning QF flight to PER.
Slept in the CX Skyview lounge.

Airside there is ambassador transit hotel and aerotel. Take your pick.

Aerotel has single rooms but shared showers.. I've stayed in the single room and the family room, both are fine

Jewel has yotel but you'll have to clear immigration

If you do want the Yotel/Aerotel/(Ambassador by Harilela), do make sure to book it prior to getting there.
This ensures they have a booking for you.
Those rooms are in high demand, and sometimes they do not have any open spots for "turn ups".
I have done 7 hours, but only during the day up to evening tho, few years ago.
I don't think they kick people out, (eg like MEL/SYD/PER secure zones, where they close off the secure zones for cleaning after the last int flight has dep), so you could, if you want to save money, is just to sit in a certain spot for the 9 hrs.
Changi would be safe, but (maybe) still best to have that neck wallet thing that holds your passport and cards, and $, so you don't leave things, behind, accidentally, worn under your shirt.
Its hot and humid over there, on the outside, but the airport is aircond so could be cool, so maybe a light puffer jacket or a 2nd shirt might do to keep a bit warm.

GST goes up to 9%, plus service (tax), for all hotels in SIN, so if you want hotel, or shower, have to pay a bit more from tomorrow/in a few hours time, anyway.
