Just had one last try at uploading pics but still no success.

Snow overnight, which may limit our plan to drive N along the Icefield Parkway today for some scenic mountain viewing.

Leaving LL tomorrow to drive to YYC for flight to YVR and connection to SYD.

She was the one who ended up on her backside crossing a street in Banff .

Since you've been to the Rockies before I'm guessing you have a good idea of what you want to see/do, JohnM, but the glass Skywalk is a recently opened attraction on the Icelands Parkway you may not be familiar with. It's close to the Glacier tour and an exhilarating experience (but not for the faint hearted).

This, and the glacier tour, is not open in winter.

Didn't hurt herself I hope, that ice is pretty hard.
I did a similar thing in Rundle Mall (sans ice just rain) a few years back and was a bit bruised on the ample rump!
