A query about qantas flights to Hong Kong

Have been reading the discussion boards for some time and have had good advice for trips to USA and hawaii.
Many thanks to the members for this.
I am planning a trip for my wife and her sister to Greece and have a couple of questions.

Are there any qantas flights from Australia to Hong Kong which do not have Premium Economy seats?
As was thinking flying British airways Hong Kong to London Premium Economy

If I use Points and pay what reduction in premium economy fare would 100,000 points achieve From australia to Hong Kong

Yes - all the flights that are operated by A330 aircraft.

Essentially this is any flight that is not QF127/128

Whatever you do, dont use points plus pay, using it even for a one way to HKG in PE will be better value, or even a return to HKG for one person at 90000 points if you use an any seat award which will then earn points and SCs. In order to answer your question re availability of PE, it depends on departure point, BNE and PER dont have PE to HKG for instance.

Qantas Flights from Melbourne do Not have PE as they use A330. Suggest fly from Sydney for PE on the A380.

With points and pay doesnt make much of a difference may be better try and use them to upgrade to Business if possible.

Also think you will find it cheaper to book complete trip on PE with qantas rather than trying to split in two different fares. Also BA PE does not get good reviews,

There is only one flight ex-AUS that has Y+ going to HKG.

That is the QF127/128 rotation.

Everything else is operated by A330 aircraft. So you can add MEL to that list as I believe QF29/30 is now A330

On British airways PE and QantasPE on special seems cheaper than Qantas all the way.

Is BA PE that bad ,It is seat real estate that the ladies want?

Why not go to singapore instead in PE on qantas using points then buy Singapore to London separately to save some dollars
