A Singaporean Long Weekend

I thought there is a direct underground passage but perhaps I'm thinking of the one that connects the hotel with the Merlion...
There are many underground walkways in SIN but occasionally you need to come back to to the surface. From the Conrad to the Merlion you need to go above ground to get over the bridge. Getting to/from the Conrad to promenade is not difficult but depending on what location you are going to there may be some station changes. In my experience getting around in SIN is best done in a cab. Just my thoughts.

Day 3
As usual, I started the day in a shopping centre, this time the Suntec City just across the street from Conrad. From there walked all the way to Raffles City via underground passage.

Lunch was chicken rice again! Wee Nam Kee this time, I thought it's actually better than Chatterbox.

There were long queues, as we were getting close, the couple in front of me suddenly decided to give up their spot....I was a bit slow to react so ended up in a cabin with 4 jumping and screaming children (for the whole 30 mins!), the parents just looked on....I'll let you guess where they came from....:mad:

Back to SIN again, home time!

Some last minute shopping ;)

Checked out the SilverKris in T3, not impressed. Moved to TGM in T2 for dinner.

Then Plaza Premium T1...love those seats, tons of privacy.
