Just had a bit of a giggle reading TR reviews on accommodation there.One fellow gave one of the self contained units a 1 star rating because no breakfast was provided,no daily servicing of unit,the caretaker was hardly ever there,they made him change units mid stay and the manager he had corresponded with for 12 months before the stay didn't even put in an appearance.
The manager replied with the obvious answer that no servicing unless you stay>6days as per all correspondence,the emails all said supplies for breakfast the first day as again per the correspondence,You detailed 6 times that you spoke to the caretaker in your first 3 night stay and you extended your stay by 3 days after your plane was cancelled.As you were told you could stay the extra night without charge as the guest coming in would have been coming in on the cancelled flight but you added 2 more nights you had to change rooms.
Then the last line.I am the manager you corresponded with.As every email and receipt you received from me states I am in the Brisbane office.
But they all are expensive even in non peak times.
