As per the headline, it's tight but Airbus and Stelia (seat manufacturer) think they can conceptualise cramming in 3x3 (staggered) lie flat seats, onto single aisle A320 aircraft - they call it C Suite.

That middle seat certainly has good leg room if nothing else
 
It took me a little while to figure out that the aisle is on the left.

Any idea that increases the chance of a lie flat on a narrow body is great.

agree! Being able to sleep flat is better than anything upright! Even if the seats are a little narrow, still better.
