Some people get asked in their day job, to build graphic presentations and dashboards, which are able to tell stories, especially to explain things to C level executives.
Maybe they should make everyone on the board play SimCity.
For those of you who have never played it, the game SimCity shows you how old are your planes and buses. At least in the late 90s early 2000s when I played this game a bit, as buses age, they would break down in the middle of the highway. As planes age, they would fall out of the sky and crash and turn into a fire ball. As your fleet age, you would see more and more buses break down on the highway during runs and blowing white smoke, while more and more planes start to crash. As the buses break down and disappear, people in various towns and cities would get angry waiting. So, as you can see the ages of your fleet increase, you know what to do (although buses and planes also cost money to buy)
Maybe if someone has SimCity from the early 2000s sitting somewhere at home, could make the C levels and the board in Qantas play that game for a week ......
