AA Award booking on Etihad - agent can't see available seats?

I just had a look and got lucky I suppose? I was surprised there were 2 F seats available on Christmas night??

I just called and was told it was "in the queue" for ticketing and shouldn't be long. Will call again tomorrow if still haven't got a ticket...

Mine have always ticketed but it can be stressfulL. I've made bookings where travel was in only a few days and asked them to expedite ticketing.

Worst I've had was 24hr before travel (requested it 4 days before).

I do understand the stress of it though.

i had a similar thing today- trying to book an Emeriates seat which I can clearly see on the Qantas FF website- but American Advantage unable to book it.
what do i do?
