I'm thinking MGA, but struggling to find any 5 segment routes from any west coast city. I wonder if dates are relevant... ?

I had been doing dates in Apr '12 for my trip, but then thought I'd try them for January. Low and behold but it has come in cheaper again. This time AUD $1,000 neat for the 840 SC.

OK, last post for tonight. I "enhanced" the trip again and it came down again to AUD $957. This time same SC but with more points accrued. $1.13 per SC. Still 10 sectors.

Damn! I gotta get on this for Feb!

Hell! ~$1600 to DFW in Jan. Shame I'm cryptically challenged.

Sent from my iPhone using Aust Freq Fly app so please excuse the lack of links.

Do all 10 sectors book into A, P or F?

Look I may be the only one but I find the whole subterfuge thing a little tiring. I have no idea what crum's trip is - but starting in LAS and doing a return to SJU may help a few people.

Godammit I'm terrible with these things. Can someone please PM me with the answer. AUD$1000 for 840 SCs is a bargain.

Me too please.

Goldmembers was easy. Crums has somehting to do with North Carolina I believe, but too in depth to go that far into it.

PM with details would be great also pls..... I'll definately take advantage of such an opportunity around August.

And I promise not to tell

I hate to be this guy but "me too please" despite spending a few hours going through various iterations. Perhaps we need more info about where the stopover referred to might be.

In deference to those who have already cracked it, I'll hold out yet for a bit. The clues so far:

Clue 1: Think history, but not Civil War
Clue 2: The "North" in the riddle is not a direction, geographic location, state, place etc
Clue 3: 10 Sectors
Clue 4: History = modern history
Clue 5: The middle 2 sectors book into either I or D class (despite asking for A, F or P)
Clue 6: The "West" and "South" are the general directions/regions of the starting and ending points.

New clue (sort of): Ask yourself what else would "North" with a capital N be? Once you get that, then ask what role it could have played in modern history. Once you get that then you will have your ending location.

BTW...another tweaking of the trip yielded 960SC for roughly AUD $1,200 (12 sectors).

I think I have one end of the route. Can't get more than 3 sectors each way. Cost is amazingly low.

Crum has built this routing manually via MultiCity, not using the One-way or Return options. I didn't know you could construct a YUPP fare in this manner.... This may take some of you a lot of time!

I actually thought doing it through multi-city was the only way you could book these things. Think I looked at a how-to sticky thread somewhere or just Googled it and there was a link to the multi-city page. Guess we all learnt something.
