First off-- happy new year, everyone!
I realised I was going to be very close to Gold status this year, having 480 SC with 70 SCs expiring on the 31 Dec.
I decided to do a status run on the 30 December to ensure I get Gold status before my deadline, and on the 31st the status credits were credited to my account, taking me to 540 SC. I checked my account yesterday and I was indeed at 540 SC.
The problem is that my "status review" still hasn't occurred in my activity, meaning that now that we're past my deadline, I'm down to 470 SC again, since I had 70 SC expire at midnight on the 31 Dec. And I'm still a silver member when I should be at Gold based on my activity.
Will Virgin account for this automatically, or will have to expect making some painful calls explaining the situation?
Thanks very much
