Yeah, I actually have more than one ALL account from those heady days when Accor were handing out Gold and Plat status Willy Nilly but I prefer to consolidate things these days.

It’s no biggy. My legacy Ibis Biz should tick over another automatic Gold extension on 01 Jan, then I just run down the clock until another A+ promo comes along. There’s usually one or two per year linked to QBR that can be quite generous.

Is the +20 night usually instant? Been 12 hours now but I'll admit I'm just keen to hit plat and get some bookings in already
From memory mine came within 1 or 2 days, it wasn't long.

Unlike actual hotel bookings, I am 8 days since my last stay and still waiting for the status nights to be credited for me to tick over to Platinum. I can't raise a request online as it tells me I am within the hotels limit for crediting my stay. Which doesn't make sense to me as the terms state that stays will be credited within 7 days.

Has anyone had experience with this and how to approach it? I am already booked for another stay in under 2 weeks and would like to make sure my Platinum level is credited before then so the next hotel is aware of the new status.

The online form requires it to be 8 days, and I believe is based on Paris time. It should have ticked over to day 8 by now, so if you haven't tried in the past hour, I'd try again now.

Most of my recent stays have not credited within the 8 days. Dunno what they have broken over there but it's frustrating.

Think you need to call but you can "join" with a different email address and when your current year ends, you call and get accounts merged @DejaBrew
I am in the process of doing this from the offer in September - I will know how successful it is come December.
Hmm..... interesting. Wonder if I could also "refer" myself at the same time and get a referral bonus?

Would be keen to know if others have had success doing the same/similar in the past (i.e. not the refer yourself thing, but rather, take advantage of the discount offer and then "merge" accounts at a later date whilst retaining all points/benefits)? Not sure I want to throw a couple of hundred bucks at it only to find I can't merge my accounts.

I had the same issue with a stay back in September. I used the online chat to try and chase the points up. But they said too early.

I wrote back after 9 days and the points for the stay were credited.
 
Hi ALL team... i recently signed up to ALL signature for the bonus status points however it looks to have voided my A+ subscription as it has now disappeared from my ALL account. Now i'm concerned that if i want to cancel my ALL signature subscription (as i planned to do next month) i will now have to stump up for a whole new A+ subscription. Or will my A+ magically re-appear again? Anyone been through this before?

I signed up for All signature last week and no issues to Accor+, my account on the overview page looks like the following:

Same here. Although my Accor+ is a function of my Amex Charge card, if that happens to make any difference?
I'd like to sign up to ALL Signature and now have the card available to do it. There's a sale happening at the moment; would it be best to time the sale so that it's the 1st in Brazil or just go for it now (I don't want it too close to the end of the month)?
I too hope that it won't affect my Amex Accor+.
