Thank you!

Unfortunately the Subscribe Now button doesn't work for me, it attempts to activate but then says "Sorry something went wrong, Your subscription to Fast Track offer has failed". I will sit tight and try again in a couple of days, and contact Accor Plus support if I have no luck.
I received the email too (I’m Silver), but this same message came up for me.

I have two nights booked inMarch, so for once the promotion is timely. I’ll email customer support to try and sort it out. Terms include having to book after January 19, so I’ll have to cancel and rebook my stay.

Edit. The link finally connected successfully. For those having problems, there is a code number in the T&Cs to quote when contacting ALL.

Yep no love for Accor Plus Diamond members. Feel a bit left out but I think i should be able to still retain it
Diamond member here, received the email attached, last year, so all i need to do is pay my ALL plus membership when it runs out in August, and i'll have Diamond thru to the end of 2023. So dont even have to spend 1 night in 2022 at an Accor property :)

That's true, but keep in mind that the status you earn this year will be applied when you renew Accor Plus next year.

So, if you achieve Platinum this year, you would have it to the end of 2024 (assuming you renewed next year)

I don't have this email (though I can see a similar one received in May 2020). I think this was always the general rule for status with Accor Plus though, where status expires and can be re-assessed based on the date of renewal.

My Accor Plus membership renews in March, meaning it's not much of an extension from Dec 2022 anyway.

Had the same experience as everyone else... yesterday had troubles, today it works. Guess the email was sent before the offer was active?

I have been working on the assumption that so long as Accor Plus renews, (through AMEX for me) then my status will remain the same. As Diamond is based on points, I'll stay Platinum.

I'm still having trouble getting it to work for me. Hopefully it'll sort itself out in the next day or two.

At your Accor Plus renewal this year, your status will be extended to next year.

Unless there is something with Amex to keep Platinum, at next years renewal, your status will be assessed based on what you achieved this year.

Same. Managed to subscribe just now. Shame as I had made some reservations just a few days ago.
Can you share how you managed to subscribe? I've tried different browsers, different devices, clearing cookies, setting VPN to different locations, everything else I can think of. Still get a screen with my correct information, followed quickly by "Something Went Wrong. Your Subscription to Fast Track Has Failed."

To be honest I just clicked the link and it worked. Noting I (and others based on the thread) experienced the same issues you described and I tried over the course of a few days....The stars must have just aligned for me at that moment. Sorry can't be of more help.

I'm also still unable to register. I raised it with Accor Plus support in late Jan and still haven't heard back, this thread has reminded me to chase them

I've just tried again and it still fails for me too. Anything I try to do online with Accor is always a disaster - I just can't fathom how it is so diabolical, all the time!

I have bumped my Accor Plus support case three times over the past few weeks with absolutely no response, but today I received a "take a look at this month's Accor Plus offers" promo email which mentioned the Fast Track towards the end - so I gave it another shot and it worked!

For anyone who's been having issues registering, this is the link that worked for me:

Thanks for the heads up @sudoer, the new link works for me too, a miracle!

I did notice there's a new iOS app that's been released today too. Not that I've had any luck making successful bookings, however...

I'm wondering if anyone who did not personally receive the fast track offer has been able to register, stay and successfully receive the bonus status nights?

I'm just regular Platinum at present. But, Accor has emailed offering me Accor Plus for 12,000 Accor points. So ~AUD360.

For my projected travel, the value of the free night and dining discounts is marginal. However, if I was able to register for fast track, the 20 bonus status nights would likely see me retain Platinum, and the value proposition tips to a solid yes.

My hesitation is this from the T&Cs for fast track:
The Offer is open to any Member of Accor Plus with Platinum Status who has personally received an invitation to benefit from the Offer and the link allowing them to register for the Offer.

Any successful reports from people who weren't targeted but used the link anyway?

I never received the email (for some reason I never get the Accor Plus emails) and I registered with a link someone provided, did the stay and received the 20 bonus nights that a Platinum gets.

Thanks for this link.

Finally signed up to Accor Plus and this worked perfectly + confirmation email received.
