Unfortunately the Subscribe Now button doesn't work for me, it attempts to activate but then says "Sorry something went wrong, Your subscription to Fast Track offer has failed". I will sit tight and try again in a couple of days, and contact Accor Plus support if I have no luck.
Diamond member here, received the email attached, last year, so all i need to do is pay my ALL plus membership when it runs out in August, and i'll have Diamond thru to the end of 2023. So dont even have to spend 1 night in 2022 at an Accor propertyYep no love for Accor Plus Diamond members. Feel a bit left out but I think i should be able to still retain it

Had the same experience as everyone else... yesterday had troubles, today it works. Guess the email was sent before the offer was active?
I have been working on the assumption that so long as Accor Plus renews, (through AMEX for me) then my status will remain the same. As Diamond is based on points, I'll stay Platinum.
If you renewal your membership then your status will be extended till December 2023I don't have this email (though I can see a similar one received in May 2020). My Accor Plus membership renews in March, meaning it's not much of an extension from Dec 2022 anyway.
Can you share how you managed to subscribe? I've tried different browsers, different devices, clearing cookies, setting VPN to different locations, everything else I can think of. Noting I (and others based on the thread) experienced the same issues you described and I tried over the course of a few days....The stars must have just aligned for me at that moment. Thanks for this link.I have bumped my Accor Plus support case three times over the past few weeks with absolutely no response, but today I received a "take a look at this month's Accor Plus offers" promo email which mentioned the Fast Track towards the end - so I gave it another shot and it worked!
